Do I Really Need An Attorney?
While involving a third party in marital issues may not seem appealing, hiring a lawyer is one of the wisest choices you can make when facing a family law dispute. A lawyer can help you understand your rights, decide which options are best for you, complete paperwork, and perform other tasks related to your case. They can also ensure documents are properly filled out and filed in accordance to state law. Most importantly, they prevent you from missing critical, time-sensitive deadlines.
We can walk you through the steps involved in a wide array of family law matters. Our firm has the legal aptitude necessary to handle even the most contested divorces.
An Attorney With Military Experience
As a Lieutenant Colonel Operations Officer for the United States Air Force Reserves, Mr. Sanchez was a member of the military from 1986 until 2013. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of soldiers’ lives and better enables him to assist military families going through divorces or other legal matters.
